Due to the natural texture, blow drying, heat styling and straightening is not recommended as it could potentially damage the curl pattern and shorten the lifespan of the extensions.

Information on orders:

1. Order Placement: We start processing a new batch of orders every Monday  and Thursday before 10 am. This helps us keep everything organized and ensures that your order is in line for processing.

2. Processing Time:  Wefted hair have a processing time of 3-14 days, while clip-ins take 10-14 days to process. 

3. Shipping Notification: Once your hair products are ready, you'll receive an email. This email will contain a tracking code, giving you real-time updates on your package's whereabouts.

Delivery time

 It's important to keep in mind that the mentioned 3-14 day processing time is exclusive of shipping time to your location. This additional time varies based on factors such as distance and the selected shipping method. For instance, if shipping from our location to your destination typically takes 2 days, the total delivery time from order placement to your doorstep would be 3-14 days (processing) + 2 days (shipping) = 7- 16 days.
